Self landing rocket stage with Python (in Kerbal Space Program)

I'm currently working on self landing rocket stages in the game Kerbal Space Program with Python (and the kRPC plugin). The first phase is trying to make the rocket survive a splashdown. This last attempt almost worked :)

I haven't used any machine learning yet. Maybe that's something I have to try later, especially when I want to land them at specific targets.

I'll release the code as soon as I've cleaned up the mess. I have tried so many things.
