Can i receive some guidance for preparing a spell checker in details? I am working with food products, so basically the spelling is needed to be checked for names of ingredients like: Carbohydrate, Protein, Fat, Vitamin and Mineral

If I was making a spell checker, I would compile a list of phonemes and their various spellings. If words violate this, something is wrong. You could also just store a large list in memory of vocab. Even 500K vocab words isn't too expensive to hold in memory and easily encompasses most plausible words and spellings.
